Cooked Millet with Coconut Milk Sauce and Avocado ?.

This is gluten free and lectin free. Plant paradox and longevity-diet compatible recipe.

For the sauce just add as much nutritional yeast as you want then add coconut milk as much as you prefer and stir. Try to make it a little thick as it goes better with the millet. Add pepper, olive oil and oregano.

Add sauce to millet and top with half avocado.
